Im loving the move back to the art of the craft #moreintelligentlife

Who would have thought that you could have a competition for the best bread - The magical effect of the yeast or levain, the tactile contentment of kneading, the atavistic appeal of the baking aroma and the crusty result ?

Or that you could be guided through a tasting of 15 different sausages in a way that was once reserved for fine wines or whiskey ?

Or that a beer, is not necessarily just a beer, like every other beer ?

I think its a great day for society when we move away from the big and formulaic, from commodity and diluted propositions of mass produced consumables. I’m loving the move towards the art, the passion, dedication and purity of the craft that goes into creating unique stuff.

Such cleverness, using the power of popular culture to teach.
A really clever project adapting famous historical events and figures to famous songs. Like using Lady Gaga to teach about the french revolution with “bad romance”
The brainchild of a Hawaiian history teacher duo, mysteriously titled Mrs. B and Mr. H, the project is a piece of pure remix genius. Have a look at all 47 videos on the historyteachers YouTube channel and marvel at the wonderful intersection of geekery, creativity and quirk.
